Changeworks, formally Lothian and Edinburgh Environmental Partnership (LEEP), was founded in 1989 and employs over 150 staff with an annual turnover of over £3 million. It is a charity and social enterprise that provides practical, impartial and straightforward solutions to tackle waste, energy use and fuel poverty.

From innovations in energy efficiency for hard to treat buildings, to engaging communities on waste prevention, Changeworks has an extensive track record in developing solutions that inspire and enable people to live and work more sustainably. Changeworks also opened one of the first UK Energy Efficiency Advice Centres in 1993, and now hosts Energy Saving Scotland advice centres for the Highland and Islands and the South East Scotland.
